We collect information you provide through forms (contact, prayer, volunteer, newsletter, registration) including name, email, phone, and message content. Member accounts also store login credentials securely hashed.
We use your information to respond to requests, provide pastoral care, manage church membership, send newsletters you have confirmed, and improve our services. We do not sell your data.
Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections. Access is limited to authorized church staff. Ticket attachments are served only through authenticated download routes.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the church office. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using their confirmation token.
